Objectives and lines of research
– Asthma, Pollen and environmental pollution.
– Food desensitization: egg and milk. An egg desensitization protocol has been described in only five days, with high efficacy and total safety. We have also demonstrated in this group of patients an increase in lymphocyte subpopulations associated with immune tolerance.
– Identification of non-invasive biomarker(s) in EoE patients, which are directly related to the histopathological result and therefore useful for both diagnosis and clinical assessment of patients.
