The Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Castilla-La Mancha (IDISCAM) is going to carry out in September 2023 the Call for grants for travel grants for participation in conferences and courses 2023 which aim to promote training, research and dissemination of results to the scientific community.
The purpose of this grant is to cover travel expenses, accommodation and/or registration in courses, conferences and/or congresses of all personnel assigned to IDISCAM’s Research Groups and Support Platforms that cannot be financed by a project.
The following are excluded from this call: Research Stays, Master’s Degrees, Doctorate courses or guest lecturing at conferences, round tables or courses in Spain or abroad.
Activities financed:
- Courses on research topics related to the activity of the research group or platform.
- Conferences or congresses related to the activity of the research group or platform and that have a participation in such activity.
These travel grants will cover expenses incurred between the date of the grant and the date of the grant. August 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023The amount of the most convenient transportation and lodging, as well as the registration fee for the congress/workshop or course, in whole or in part, without exceeding the maximum limit of the grant in any case. Expenses other than those established will not be covered, and living expenses will not be covered in any case.
A total of 10 travel bags will be awarded for each funded activity, i.e. a total of 20 travel bags:
Course grants 10 grants of up to 350€.
Grants for congresses/workshops 10 grants of up to 650€.
